Saladin said is a player in the Ethiopian national football team and has also played for Ethiopian football clubs as well as clubs in other countries as forward. He was playing for Sidama Football club when he retired from the football.

Saladin was born in 1988 in Asosa, Ethiopia and grew up there. He joined his childhood club, Muger Cement Wonji Football club, in 2005.

In 2014, Saladin Said moved to Al-Ahly and played 17 games, and scored 4 goals. In 2015, he joined MC Alger but only appeared in 5 games without scoring a goal. After an unsuccessful stay at MC alger, Saladin Said returned to Saint George in 2016.

From 2016 to 2021, he played for is former club and scored 15 goal. In 2021, Said joined other Ethiopian club called Jima Aba Jifar, where he played 12 games and scored 6 goals.

Saladin joined Sidama Coffee football club in 2022 had played there before he retired from football game.
